In 2015 we stumbled upon the opportunity to create something out of the Charleston norm for salons. Knowing that we wanted to make it a spot where people could feel comfortable, talk freely, and most importantly – be themselves. Harlow is a huge melting pot of people, all with the same goal…. to look and feel better when they walk out the door, and a genuinely fun experience while in our hands. Our girls are highly skilled professionals who are really just out for your best interest.
